BDO NEWS SELECTION- Corporate Finance completes 2,095 deals in 2022

The Corporate Finance team has completed 2,095 deals in 2022, a great achievement in a significant downturn of around 30% in M&A volumes globally during the year. The number of deals is slighty higher than the 2,020 collected during 2021, which was an exceptional year in M&A volumes despite the COVID related disruption. Our teams were busier than ever, and this year has shown a continuation of that level of activity.
